Our Story

Florence AL RV Park began with a simple vision — create a peaceful, welcoming place where travelers could rest, relax, and feel at home. That vision was brought to life by the park’s original founders, Hank and Charlotte Carter, whose dedication, hard work, and genuine hospitality laid the foundation for what this park is today. ​

​Hank and Charlotte didn’t just build an RV park — they built a community. Through friendly smiles, well-kept grounds, and a commitment to treating every guest like family, they created a place people were excited to return to again and again.

Today, the park is proudly owned and operated by Craig and Terri Cheek. As we create the next chapter in the story of Florence AL RV Park, we are honored to carry on the legacy that Hank and Charlotte began. Our goal is to continue providing the same level of hospitality, care, and personal attention that has always made this park special — while also bringing fresh energy and thoughtful improvements for our guests.
